Purchasing

You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase. Just click on the 'Continue' link next to 'Don't have a Paypal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available).'

Delivery

All goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, and within a 7 day period by Royal Mail. Proof of postage will be retained for each dispatch. A special delivery option is available for an extra £10. For this extra sum, we will send your order by recorded post for a next day delivery. Please ensure that someone will be present at the address to provide a signature.

We use recycled and eco-friendly packaging - acid free tissue paper, recycled brown paper, recycled bubble wrap, recyclable packing tape and when necessary degradeable polythene postage envelopes.

Returns

Whilst we hope that you will be thrilled on receiving your products, we will offer a full refund for those products returned within seven days of purchase, provided that they are arrive in perfect condition, in accordance with any instructions provided by Warbeck & Cox, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will only be made for items that arrive intact. Responsibility remains with the buyer until received by Warbeck & Cox. All returns should be sent by registered/recorded delivery.

Warbeck & Cox is unable to refund the original and return postage for unwanted items, but will happily reimburse such expenses for faulty goods.

Terms

Whilst we aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible, the very nature of them being handmade means that some variation may occur. We source all our materials very carefully to ensure good quality end products however, any variation with in the cloth structure ie:slubs and other 'weave imperfections' are chosen for their texture and design properties and are not considered faults. Every effort is made to give an exact representation of product colours, however, photography and computer settings can alter those hues. Warbeck & Cox can not accept responsibility for this.
